Unabridged birth certificate not received - unabridged certificate


our whole family applied on the 7 Feb 2015 for our unabridged birth certificates. within 6 weeks we did received all BUT one. we then on a weekly basis went to Lydenburg dept of home affairs without any assistance from anyone there. we contacted the call center directly and the only feedback we get from them for the past 3 weeks is "the case has been escalated, and await head office feedback" we are travelling to Portugal on the 15th June and we need the unabridged certificate for visum applications which are arranged for this Friday. there is absolutely no-one at the call center or Dept in Lydenburg to assist in this regard.
